You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Service Hub North America, a Service Hub North America employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
Payments for services booked through the App are processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to pay all charges associated with the services you book.
Service providers agree to provide services in a professional and competent manner. Service providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Service Hub North America is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App or the services provided through the App. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
Service Hub North America may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the App. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
